Optimizing customer communication is my contribution to THORWART's holistic consulting approach. In view of the strongly changing communication behavior of customers, I advise companies in particular on whether their choice of communication channels or their design should be adapted to current developments. I have developed a cross-industry method (the ClientInsight Dialogues) especially for medium-sized industrial companies, which enables me to provide a meaningful assessment and recommendation quickly and efficiently.
